Zoran, a few more details which will hopefully answer your questions....
We can confirm that we can receive toy donations from your car club at Yarraville on Sunday 17th December. Media are scheduled to attend from 10.30am so a time of 10.45am would probably optimize our chances of coverage. Give me a call when you have a moment and we can firm up a time for yourselves to come through the warehouse and drop off the toys.
We would greatly appreciate the donation of new toys for boys and girls aged 0 to 12 year olds.Specifically we always run short of toys for 9-12 year olds so please ask your members to focus on these age groups. We do not distribute second hand toys at Christmas and food is ordered in bulk from distributors as we need to have the same products in each hamper. Also please do NOT wrap the toys as they need to be unwrapped so we know what aghe group they fit into.
The attachment has a lot of helpful information about what sort of toys to buy etc. You will note it refers to posters promoting the appeal - I will mail five of these to you - if you want more let me know.
ok here are the people that are in
everyone from the MCCA crew
