NEW FEATURE: Post Like system!!!

At long last, we have successfully implemented a comprehensive post rating/like system. With casual readers and visitors vastly outnumbering frequent posters, it is not always apparent to users that others are reading, enjoying and grateful for their posts. If you are too shy to post and want to express your thanks, now you can!

Liking a post is easy - click this thumbs up in the top right hand corner of the post: Image

Can I encourage everyone to use this new feature enthusiastically and liberally and be sure to go back to your favourite old topics and like old posts. This will help build up useful user 'like' profiles and give credit to the users who has provided so much value to this community. This in turn helps guests and newcomers sort useful answers and posters from others.

This goes to regular forum lurkers especially - please show your appreciation with a 'like'!

Featuring:
  • Liked post counters in every user profile (given & received)
  • Liked post leaderboard accessible from the index and Quick Links Menu
  • Receive notifications when your post is liked, configurable from the User Control Panel (in forum notification and/or email notifications available or off)
  • You can remove a like if you made a mistake by clicking the undo button where the thumbs up used to sit (but the user will be notified)
  • Plus more

Read the announcement and post any queries, comments or suggestions HERE

Once read, this announcement can be dismissed by clicking on the 'X' in the top right hand corner.

We Have just moved into a brand new building. :D

Sorry, we will be only taking on more work starting late next week.

We are at :

Unit 93/94 193 Southpine Road Brendale.

The easy way to find us is - go down the right hand side driveway of Glenfords tools and we are in the first shop in the last building on the right.

Please come and have a look.

Thank you from Ben Hunt

Might as well throw my opinion up
After (unknowingly) dumping ben with a bit of a quirky job I was pleased to finally get the car back in MUCH better condition than it was delivered. top bloke and knows his stuff! worked wonders on my natro PP and was always willing to help out just that bit extra.

Thanks ben, and expect my next car to be heading your way too :D

After going to hell and back with my motor, several rebuilds, things going wrong, local workshop turned their back on me after it did a side seal 2500km after last rebuild. Ben contacted me and offered a helping hand. Very very nice guy. Gave me a fixed price to fix it if i sent the motor to him. Once he got the motor and oulled it down for inspection he found that much much more work needed to be done and when i asked him how much extra it would cost he said `no extra`. Absolute legend. (Although i havent got a bill from him yet LOL).

Motor is in, running very very good. Has better vacum and compression than ANY of the other rebuilds that had been done on the motor, is chewing no oil at all and feels very very sturdy.

Im looking forward to him coming and tuning my car in the near future.

If your in the area near this guy and are looking for a workshop i cant speak enough praise for him.

++++++1!

Had Ben do a reco on the LSD that is currently in my car. When it came time to pay the bill I nearly passed out when he charged me LESS than quoted, and also did some follow up work a few weeks later very very cheaply.

Will certainly be sticking with him.
