So here's the RX-3 design... the t-shirts are getting picked up tonight and we'll have pics of them on the shirt tonight too... and up for sale tonight on the site.

For all wondering about quality etc... we have sold over 300 shirts since November launch and have nothing but glowing feedback. They are amazing quality shirts and old-school screen printing, so they are built to last. I have personally washed my monaro shirt about 30-40 times and it's still as-new.

The are old-school screen prints, not dodgy digital transfers or vinyl, like most of the car shirts you'll find. These prints last!

The best thing is to show you the our ebay profile... http://myworld.ebay.com.au/iamabaddancer/ please read the comments about the shirts and the quality etc.

G'day people,

Well, as many of you know I was retrenched from editor of Fast Fours last year. It took a while to get back on my feet, but have been gainfully employed for just on 4 months (in web now, so at least a sustainable industry). I took a massive hit financially, had to sell my car, moved back to my family house, lost my mind - well, almost.

So, as a side project I have set up an online t-shirt company. We focus on cars, and only cars. Admittedly the first run of t-shirts is muscle cars, but once we sell out I'll be adding rotors to the mix. I'd say next January we'll have a couple of rotary designs. *** the reason I don't have any at the moment is because the initial print run is extremely limited because of my financial situation.

BUT, I haven't forgotten rotor fans. Hell, I'm one. We're just about to come into stock of rotor shaped PVC drink coasters too. They should be delivered in a week. They are injection-moulded PVC, like the soft, thick plastic that can be bent. They look farken sweet and are great quality.

Please check out my site, and have a look. I'll be posting up the coasters when we're in stock, which will be about a week. :)

You can see the coasters at the bottom of the home page here, in the footer. http://www.trippytaka.com.au

I'd really appreciate any support you can offer, whether it be re-posting this onto other forums, to your social networking, or emailing your mates. Anyone who is into cars is our target market. At the end of the day, we're all one big community, and I have set this company up to service it.

I'd love some feedback on which rotary shirt we should do. I was thinking RX-3...

Cheers,
Mara

Cheers for the comments. I too think that the rotors will look sick with the design talents of Rhea (creative part of the team).

Coasters are going to come in at $15 for a pack of 6. considering you pay $25 for 4 PVC coasters in the shops... cheaper, you get 2 more, and they come as rotors :)

There's an email a friend link for all of you that are sick of getting crappy presents for Christmas from your relos. Click the link, and it generates an "I found these, please buy them for me" message. hehe, bugger socks from the in-laws!

Any chance you will be selling Polo shirts????? As I prefer these over T-shirts.
Also make sure you are using good quality Shirts. Not some cheap chinese made crap. Cause theres nothing worse like finding out your shirt has started to fall apart due to quality.

Fully.
There was a company a while back making Rotary specific clothing (out of Sydney I think, can't remember the name).
I bought a couple of shirts.
They looked awesome, but were produced using cheap shit fabric. As a result they shrunk really badly after a few washes.
I ended up looking like JARMEZ when he goes out clubbing...
I will be keen on shirts and coasters, but will wait to hear feedback on apparell.

Not as yet, we're going to stick with t-shirts for the time being, until we can afford to expand. It's a tight operation at the moment.

I totally agree about the t-shirts. That's why I set up the company. I was sick and tired of crappy ebay shirts turning to cardboard and changing shape after just one wash. Our shirts are 100% combed cotton, and pre-shrunk. This basically means that they are soft to touch, and remain that way. And they will keep their shape too. It's all in here in our mission statement etc http://trippytaka.com.au/index.php/about-us/i_1.html

Coasters will be here in a day or two...

Shirts, when I can afford to do the next print run, which will include an old-school rotor (probably R100 rear ion the same style) an LJ/LC Torana and a Charger.
