My starter motor keeps running after I take key out of the ignition and then I have to disconnect the battery to stop it. Connect battery and start and does it again.
Solenoid , starter or relays?

I recon solenoid sticking. Give it a couple of whacks with a hammer, if it doesn't latch next time you kick it you know you need to replace it. Relay next option. If the thing is engaging and spinning the motor itself is ok.

I had this from a sticky ignition barrell/switch. WD40 in the key slot, took apart the switch and cleaned up carbon deposits. Afterwards good as new and better voltage.
