I I agree John, the only way to go with these rims is full charcoal. Polished rim just looks wrong, and any other colour does too IMO.

=;

Gypsy, Watanabe's Japanese site recommends for the front 14x6.5 + 14.5, and for the rear 14x7 +8. Also the recommended wheel style is the 8 spoke B-Type. Heres their website. Just navigate using the links at the bottom of the page. Hold the mouse over the Japanese and it changes to English!

Also for your information, Watanabes are made in either aluminium or magnesium. The aluminium wheels can either have a polished or non-polished lip whereas the magnesium ones can't have a polished lip.

Does offset also play a part in making wheels looks "dished", Take that gunmetal Rx3 for instance I know that there are 2 different width rims on the rear, but doesnt it also have to do with the offsett of the actual wheel? im a bit new to all this

Rear rims look the same width to me on both sides, do you mean different widths front to rear?

Offset does play a part, yes. The higher the "+" number, the smaller the dish as the hub moves out to the outer rim. Lower "+" numbers, through "0" offset, and into "-" offsets mean more dish, as this moves the hub towards the rear of the rim.

can you get wats in 5x127 in positive offsets? I need something like 15x6 or 15x5 with +36 or higher offset (or anything in an alloy wheel that is "retro")
