A bit more detail on the current setup and your location might help.

Efi hardware throttle body is probably better than the injection perfection version.

You will need an efi pump, ideally you will convert from distributor to post CAS or true crank trigger and run ignition from the ecu as well but it is possible to trigger an ecu from the dizzy signal.

Pretty much any rotary shop can do that, as there are no complex systems on the car to run ecu spec doesn't have to be great either. You still ideally want something with dead time compensation and ignition timing idle control so you don't need to plumb an idle valve but if you have half a brain you can shape the main ignition map around idle to be stable under various conditions on something without an idle valve anyway.

Probably wouldn't hurt to thtow a lower temp thermostat and an intake duct at it to get best power from the current setup too.

If you want a broad spread of torque an adapter and manifolds from s6 motor is probably better than an ida style setup but might not give the look you want.

Maybe also consider a workshop that will go the extra mile and recommend the extra expense of a fabricated tank with in-tank pumps. Mr Enforcer Engineer and PAC Performance both do these among others. A surge tank and pumps in the boot is fine but it can be done a 'better' way.

Definitely shop around and do your research. Most workshops would be able to do it but some will do it better than others and some will charge a shit load more than others for similar work. It sounds like your car is fairly well sorted already so don't let them tell you that it needs more than it really does.
